The sooner, the better—especially for Full Planning or Coordination during peak wedding seasons. Most couples book us 9–18 months in advance. If your timeline is shorter, don't worry—reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Are you flexible with working with different suppliers?

Not at all! We love collaborating with a variety of vendors and are happy to work with your chosen team. If you need recommendations, we'll connect you with talented, reliable professionals who suit your style and budget.

What is the deposit amount, and do you have payment plans?

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one month before your event. We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs, ensuring you can plan your wedding without financial stress.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 6 months before your event, 50% of the total package cost is due. Within 6 months, 75% is due, and within 3 months, 100% is due. We understand that plans can change, and we're here to support you through any adjustments.
