The earlier, the better—especially for Full Planning or Coordination during peak wedding seasons. Most couples book us 9–18 months out, but don’t worry if your timeline is shorter—reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Not at all! We love collaborating with a variety of vendors and are happy to work with your chosen team. If you need recommendations, we’ll connect you with talented, reliable professionals who suit your style and budget.

To secure your date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before your event. We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs.

If you need to cancel:

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• More than 6 months before your event: 50% of the total package cost if you had paid.

• Within 6 months: 75% of the total package cost.

• Within 3 months: 100% of the total package cost.
