The sooner, the better—especially for Full Planning or Coordination during peak wedding seasons. Most couples book us 9–18 months in advance. If your timeline is shorter, don't worry—reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely! We love collaborating with a variety of vendors and are happy to work with your chosen team. If you need recommendations, we'll connect you with talented, reliable professionals who suit your style and budget.

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one month before your event. We offer flexible payment plans to suit your needs, ensuring you can plan your wedding without financial stress.

If you need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 6 months before your event, 50% of the total package cost is due. Within 6 months, 75% is due, and within 3 months, 100% is due. We understand that plans can change, and we're here to support you through any adjustments.

Yes. Kadija offers planning support in both English and Portuguese, so you can feel comfortable and understood throughout the process. If Portuguese would help you feel more at ease, just let us know when you enquire.

On-the-day coordination gives you calm support so you can actually enjoy your wedding. We’ll review your plans before the day, help finalise the run sheet, liaise with suppliers and keep an eye on timings so the day flows as smoothly as possible. If anything unexpected comes up, we’re there to handle it quietly and quickly.

Absolutely. Partial planning is designed for couples who have made a start but want an experienced planner to step in, refine the details and bring everything together. We’ll help you feel clear, supported and back in control without having to start from scratch.

Full planning is for couples who want support from the first steps through to the big day. Partial planning is ideal if you’ve already started and want help pulling everything together beautifully. On-the-day coordination is for couples who’ve planned the details and want calm, expert support to keep everything running smoothly on the day itself.
