  • How do I book an initial consultation?
    To book an initial consultation you can either fill out the contact form on our website, or send us an email to info@thehappinessring.com. Alternatively you can send us a message or call on 0439 372 548 Once your information is received, we will be in touch to confirm your appointment.
  • How far in advance should I book my wedding planner?
    The earlier the better! Ideally, you should book your wedding planner at least 12-18 months in advance. Many couples secure a wedding planner 12 to 18 months before their wedding to ensure availability and ample planning time. However, if you have a shorter timeline, don't worry – we can still provide valuable assistance even with less time to spare. Ultimately, the timing should align with your personal preferences, wedding date, and the complexity of your plans. Contact us
  • How far in advance should I book my wedding day coordinator?
    The earlier the better! Ideally, you should book your wedding coordinator at least 6 months in advance. Have any questions? Contact us.
  • ​How much is a deposit?
    To book your event with us we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to your event.
  • Do you have flexible payment plans?
    Yes, we have flexible payment plans. We accept payments via Bank Transfer and Paypal. Our payment plans depend on your package but are usually paid in installments, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, 25% is due mid planning and the final 25% is due one month prior to your event. We can be very flexible to suit your needs so let us know upon booking.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If we are providing you with Wedding Planning services, the following cancellation fees apply: 1. If canceled from the date signed on your contract up to but not including six (6) months prior to your event date: You will be required to pay 50% of your total agreed on package cost which means your booking fee will cover that. 2. If cancelled within six (6) months of your event date: You will be required to pay 75% of your total agreed package cost. 3. If cancelled within three (3) months of your event date: You will be required to pay 100% of your total agreed package cost.
