As the wedding date draws near, we will coordinate everything in the run-up to the day ensuring all suppliers are on the same page including creating run sheets, event overview documentation, supplier-specific briefings, seating charts, playlists etc. We will even brief and manage bridal party members to ensure the day runs smoothly and everyone knows exactly what they should be doing. Your Wedding Coordinator will be there on the day for as many hours as needed. However, if we’re involved from the outset we can always save you time, negotiate the best deals and keep your wedding to the set budget.
