In the weeks leading up to your wedding we’ll:

✔ Send a helpful checklist to bring clarity and confidence

✔ Visit your venue together so we can walk through the day in detail

✔ Liaise with all your suppliers so everyone is aligned and prepared

✔ Build and finalise your wedding day timeline

And on the day? We’ll be the first to arrive and likely the last to leave, managing every moving part so you don’t have to.

From cueing the music to handling last-minute hiccups, we’ve got your back so you can soak it all in and celebrate stress-free.

Our On-the-Day Coordination service is designed for couples who have managed the planning but want professional support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
