Nestled on the shores of Church Point, Pasadena Sydney offered the perfect backdrop — a serene waterfront setting, panoramic views of Pittwater, and that effortless blend of coastal charm and modern luxury. As their on-the-day coordinator, it was such an honour to bring their vision to life — a day filled with classic white and green florals, heartfelt family moments, and one incredible surprise announcement that no one saw coming.

A Coastal Venue with Heart

Pasadena Sydney has become one of my favourite wedding venues on Sydney’s Northern Beaches — and it’s easy to see why. The venue’s glass-framed dining space, outdoor ceremony options, and relaxed coastal atmosphere make it ideal for couples who love both elegance and ease.

Sophie and Chris instantly fell in love with the venue’s peaceful energy and stunning water views. Their goal was clear: a wedding that felt timeless, relaxed, and deeply personal — where every detail flowed seamlessly, allowing them and their guests to simply be present.

The Design: Classic, Clean & Naturally Elegant

Together with the talented team at White Lane Events, we created a design that reflected Sophie & Chris’s minimalist yet romantic style.

Think lush white and green floral arrangements, crisp linens, soft lighting, and delicate details — every element chosen to complement Pasadena’s natural beauty rather than compete with it.

From the moment guests entered, the atmosphere felt refined yet warm — an elegant celebration that perfectly reflected the couple’s personalities: graceful, grounded, and full of love.

The Most Beautiful Surprise: A Baby Boy Announcement 💙

Just when guests thought the evening couldn’t get any more magical, Sophie and Chris had one final surprise.

As they gathered on the dance floor after they grand entrance, laughter and joy filling the air, the couple revealed something incredibly special — they were expecting a baby!

When the cake was cut and revealed a beautiful blue centre, the room erupted with cheers, tears, and the kind of emotion that only moments like this can bring. It was a celebration of love, family, and new beginnings — and one I will never forget.

Behind the Scenes with The Happiness Ring

My role on the day was to make sure Sophie and Chris could simply soak it all in.

From coordinating timing with vendors to ensuring Mum had her drink in hand and every detail was handled quietly in the background — it was a joy to make their day calm, seamless, and stress-free.
