The Wedding Weekend Experience

Guests arrived the day before the wedding to enjoy a warm welcome evening — with casual drinks, pizza, laughter, and the promise of a beautiful day ahead.

On the wedding day itself, soft sea breezes and native greenery framed a ceremony that was nothing short of emotional. Both Brazilian and Italian roots were woven through every moment — from heartfelt bilingual vows to the joyful dance floor that followed.

And to make the celebration last just a little longer, The Cove offered a recovery breakfast the next morning — the perfect way to relive the best memories over coffee, ocean views, and stories from the night before.

The Design: White, Green & Hints of Blue

The styling for this wedding mirrored the natural palette of Jervis Bay — crisp white and green florals accented with soft blue touches that reflected the water’s hue.

Together with the talented floral team at Dusty Gypsy Flower Design, we created an aesthetic that was both elegant and relaxed: lush arrangements, airy textures, and an inviting tablescape that perfectly complemented The Cove’s coastal backdrop.

The result? A setting that felt organic, serene, and timeless — the kind of effortless beauty that lets nature take the spotlight.

A Love Story That Spoke Two Languages (and One Heart) 💙

As a couple with Brazilian and Italian backgrounds, Allanis and Daniele’s ceremony was a heartfelt blend of both cultures. Their vows were exchanged in two languages, allowing every guest to feel connected to the moment.

It was an emotional reminder that love knows no barriers — and that weddings, at their core, are about uniting families, traditions, and hearts.

Being their wedding planner from the very beginning made this journey even more special for me. Seeing their personalities and cultures reflected in every moment — from the music to the desserts (hello, cannoli catering! 🍰) — was truly unforgettable.
